Parker Hannifin’s Hydraulic & Aerospace Filtration Division (HAFD) seeks a Value Stream Team Leader to run daily plant value stream operations and partner with the Value Stream Manager to deploy the Parker Lean System and Win Strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team-building skills with ability to promote safety and positive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for one or more plant value streams and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate between shifts to create continuous product flow and level workload.
• Ensure standardized work is followed and area complies with safety and 5S requirements.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and run regular team meetings; assign tasks.
• Provide cross training and empower teams to stop and fix problems to ensure quality.
• Develop future state value stream map and manage plans to achieve it.
