Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with AMS tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide feedback, coaching, training, conflict resolution, and conducts audits.
• Identify process constraints and apply decision-making/problem-solving techniques.
• Provide shift supervisor with performance feedback and daily work direction.
• Lead and participate in daily T1/FLM meetings.
• Maintain SQDC metrics and visual management tools to drive improvement.
• Coordinate cross-training and movement of employees as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement within the value stream.
