Andersen Corporation is seeking a focused Manufacturing Team Lead to ensure smooth production flow, coach frontline staff, and drive continuous improvement in the cost center. You will participate in daily stand-ups, support AMS problem-solving methods, and maintain visual management tools to sustain safety, quality, and efficiency.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Manufacturing operations experience.
• Ability to learn product, process and equipment.
• Ability to lead, train, coach and motivate employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuous flow of production to meet planned output and follow safety, quality, delivery, cost standards.
• Provide coaching and training to develop employees in the cost center/value stream.
• Complete standard work & control plan audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Lead daily T1/FLM meetings and maintain visual management tools.
• Participate in Kaizens, projects and continuous improvement actions.
• Support AMS problem-solving methods (5 Whys, PDCA, CAPA).
