The role leads a shift in manufacturing, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement through AMS methods and daily leadership activities. You will mentor Tier 1 staff, coordinate with the Value Stream team, and help maintain safety, quality, and delivery metrics. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage changeovers,

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading work teams to meet value stream goals.
• Manufacturing operations experience and ability to learn product, process and equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AMS tools and continuous improvement methods a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous production flow while following safety, quality, delivery, cost, and maintenance standards; engage T1 team and elevate as needed.
• Provide coaching and training to develop employees within the cost center/value stream; follow AMS principles.
• Complete standard work and control plan audits; ensure corrective actions are done.
• Lead and participate in AMS continuous improvement activities and A3 projects.
• Lead and communicate effectively in daily T1/FLM meetings; maintain visual management tools.
