Andersen Corporation in Bayport, MN is seeking a Team Lead II to coach and direct a production team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, on-time output. You will mentor staff, run audits, and apply AMS/5S, Kaizen, and PDCA methods to raise performance.

Responsibilities include coaching T1 staff, leading daily meetings, coordinating cross-training, and maintaining visual controls while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading work teams to achieve value stream goals.
• Manufacturing operations experience.
• Ability to learn product, process, and equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous production flow meeting standards (safety, quality, delivery, cost, maintenance).
• Provide coaching and training to develop employees within the cost center/value stream.
• Complete standard work & control plan audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement using AMS tools (CI boards, Kaizens, focus boards).
• Lead and participate in T1/T2 meetings and mentor others.
