Job summary

• Strong lean, continuous improvement, and daily management background.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production activities within the assigned value stream.
• Drive lean initiatives using Parker Lean System tools.
• Coach and develop supervisors and production teams.
• Improve flow, reduce waste, and strengthen process capability.
• Partner cross‑functionally to resolve constraints and meet customer demand.
