Job summary

MPD INTEGRATION LLC is seeking a Value Stream Manager to own end-to-end value streams from engineering release through production, testing, and shipment. You will lead manufacturing performance, align plans to customer delivery dates, and ensure materials readiness while integrating engineering and manufacturing on a unified value stream.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a combination of these disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and engineered products.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings, bills of material, production routings, and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value stream from engineering release through production, testing, and shipment.
• Lead day-to-day manufacturing performance and ensure plans meet delivery dates.
• Own engineering execution and ensure manufacturability of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain an integrated value-stream plan linking all functions.
• Partner with procurement and sourcing to ensure material readiness.
• Establish quality checkpoints and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement across value stream.
• Develop supervisors and manufacturing leaders and foster cross-functional accountability.
