GTI Fabrication in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Value Stream Planner to own the 12‑week production plan and the material requirements plan for a key customer program. You will work embedded with the value stream team, translating demand and milestones into an executable schedule and maintaining an execution‑grade detail from weeks 1–12.

The role partners with Materials Management and Procurement, leads CTB readiness, and drives continuous improvement, with authority to sequence and release work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own and publish the rolling 12‑week production plan for the assigned value stream / customer program.
• Manage the plan in two bands: weeks 1–4 at execution‑grade detail; weeks 5–12 at capacity and material pre‑positioning detail.
• Translate customer demand, program milestones, and business priorities into an executable schedule across value stream work centers.
• Continuously reconcile the plan against actual performance and adjust ahead of misses.
