Job summary

GTI is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to own the 12-week production plan for a value stream and drive material requirements planning end-to-end. You will work closely with the Production Operations Manager and Materials Management to pre-position capacity and materials and to forecast risks before they become misses.

You will monitor WIP, schedule attainment, and on-time delivery while partnering with procurement to resolve shortages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of combined experience in Production Planning/Scheduling and Materials Planning/MRP in contract manufacturing or high-mix environments.
• Ownership of production schedule and material plan; proactive risk management.
• Strong ERP/MRP and MES experience; ability to build KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and publish the rolling 12-week production plan for the value stream.
• Manage weeks 1–4 in execution detail and weeks 5–12 in capacity and material pre-positioning.
• Translate demand, milestones and priorities into executable schedules.
• Identify shortages and resolve with Procurement and Materials Management.
• Collaborate with Operations Lead and PC Tech to ensure on-time delivery.
