Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corp in Irvine, CA seeks a Process Engineer to optimize and sustain manufacturing processes within a value stream, applying lean and six sigma tools to improve processing and workflow. You will develop end-to-end process understanding, support lifecycle management, and ensure GMP and ISO compliance across multiple regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; 0–2 years of experience.
• Statistical process control tools desirable (SPC, Minitab).
• Lean Six Sigma experience desirable; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to address process challenges and improvements.
• Execute engineering studies, IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV, ECR/ECO, and device drawings.
• Conduct SPC analysis, trend inputs/outputs, and improve yields and cost.
• Lead investigations, CAPA, FMEA, and lifecycle improvements.
