Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, engineering, operations management or related field.
• Lean manufacturing certification preferred; experience across global operations is a plus.
• Eight to ten years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, communication and project-management skills; advanced Excel and systems knowledge; AI tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value stream performance from raw material through product delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement using lean principles.
• Develop and review KPI dashboards for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Growth and People.
• Translate customer requirements into priorities for product, process and operational improvement.
• Develop current- and future-state value stream maps and lead implementation plans.
