Beretta USA is seeking a Value Stream Manager for Gallatin Operations to lead end-to-end value streams from procurement to delivery. You will coordinate production, quality, and supply chain activities, driving lean improvements while building a capable, accountable team.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, cost, growth, and people metrics, with a focus on developing talent and delivering measurable improvements across the value stream.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing/engineering or related field.
• Eight–ten years of global manufacturing experience in high-mix, low-volume environments.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, communication and project-management skills.

• Own end-to-end performance of assigned Gallatin value streams.
• Lead cross-functional execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and review value stream KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, growth and people.
• Develop current- and future-state value stream maps and implement improvements.
