Job summary

Beretta USA in Gallatin, TN seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing flow, align Lean initiatives, and drive operational excellence across production, quality, and the supply chain.

Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you will coach cross-functional teams, manage budgets, establish standard work, and use daily metrics to deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost, growth, and people objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8–10 years of global manufacturing experience in high-mix, low-volume environment preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.
• Advanced Excel and systems knowledge required.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end value stream performance from raw materials to delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional execution and continuous improvement.
• Establish and manage value stream KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Growth, and People.
• Develop and implement training programs to grow lean manufacturing capabilities.
• Represent customer requirements in value stream decisions and translate feedback into priorities.
• Develop current- and future-state value stream maps and lead improvement plans.
