Job summary

Central Moloney Inc. is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the production team and optimize manufacturing processes for operational excellence. You will oversee supervisors and associates, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategy development, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of supervisors and associates to ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce turnover and enhance supervisor skills through ongoing training and development programs.
• Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to team leaders and hourly production associates.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize plant effectiveness and efficiency, including scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company-established goals related to production activities.
• Manage equipment needs, maintenance, and procurement in coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve complex issues to ensure all manufactured parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Create, review, and update project schedules and forecasts, communicating status updates and changes to the manufacturing team.
• Stay informed about industry trends and business decisions to make informed recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
