Modular Mission Critical seeks a Manufacturing Production Leader to own and optimize the entire value stream, from materials to delivery, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean Six Sigma strategies, and monitor KPIs to maximize efficiency and value for customers.

The role requires a senior-level leader with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering manufacturing improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in production or operations roles.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing with value stream focus.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the entire manufacturing value stream end-to-end.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead times and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering and supply chain teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive data-based decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing value stream team.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and collaborate with QA.
