Parker Hannifin in Irwin, PA is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the overall operation of a value stream, implement Parker Lean and Win Strategy, and ensure a safe, productive workplace with cost reduction and continuous improvement. You will develop associates, drive decisions, and manage performance across direct reports.

The role requires building a capable, engaged team, prioritizing quality, and delivering results through standardized work and disciplined problem solving.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional accomplishments with leadership of sizable teams and projects; P&L ownership preferred.
• Experience in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resources management, inventory control and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team-building skills; able to develop others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• LEAN process improvements/implementation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Value Stream P&L, cost analysis, product line margin, PPV goals and manufacturing productivity.
• Oversee POP implementation and long-term manufacturing strategies.
• Provide Lean leadership resulting in productivity gains.
• Regularly meet with Value Stream Leaders to foster continuous improvement and a learning organization.
• Lead daily operations and continuous improvements across supply chain production control and order shipments.
• Promote continuous product flow, use pull systems where possible and level workloads.
• Ensure standardized work and safety compliance; implement countermeasures and drive quality.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and conduct regular team meetings; support PDCA with Tracking Centers and Team Improvement Boards.
