Parker Hannifin in Irwin, PA, is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the value stream operations, implement Parker Lean system and Win Strategy, and ensure a safe, high-quality production with cost control.

You will develop associates, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and coordinate with division staff to map future state value streams. Strong Lean, P&L experience and leadership are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional accomplishments with leadership of sizable projects.
• Experience in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR, inventory planning.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ability to develop others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to promote new ideas.
• LEAN process improvements/implementation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Value Stream P&L including cost analysis and margin goals.
• Lead POP implementation and long-term manufacturing strategies.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity.
• Meet with Value Stream Leaders to review problems and improvements.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure safety, quality and shipments.
• Coordinate cross-shift activities and production prioritization.
• Develop and maintain standardized work and PDCA tracking.
• Support future state value stream mapping and Team Improvement Boards.
