Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree; specialized in Engineering, business or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Preferred: 8-11 years in manufacturing with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on manufacturing strategies and resources to meet objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration at management level.
• Streamline workflows to meet production goals and timelines.
• Define project terms and objectives for manufacturing initiatives.
• Implement plans to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Direct work flow across internal teams to maximize resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
