Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics, Elyria plant is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a cross-functional team and execute the annual operating plan with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. The role drives the long-term financial performance of the value stream and aligns with strategic business needs.

You will develop and execute continuous improvement roadmaps, mentor associates, and work with multiple functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience directly supporting operations.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
• Strong problem solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business functions to ensure alignment and operational success.
• Drive KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Champion and lead kaizen events focused on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
