Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, managing human capital, and facilitating daily accountability and huddle processes to achieve operational excellence while developing frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Safety rules adherence and incident investigations leadership.
• Staffing control including vacation coverage and hires.
• Leading daily accountability and team huddles for production.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and oversee incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Oversee staffing, vacations, transfers, and coverage to meet production needs.
• Lead Tier 1 daily accountability and facilitate the daily huddle process.
