Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial), Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• Minimum 5 years managing production in discrete manufacturing or VA experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervision in a high-volume, multi-product environment.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing implementation.
• Experience implementing MRP systems.
• Verifiable success in managing people and processes.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma training and certification a plus.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own Value Stream(s) and all departments within it, ensuring efficiency and utilization.
• Maintain product quality and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Oversee process and product flow, on-time delivery, and recovery planning.
• Manage budgets, costs, and drive cost reduction within area.
• Standardize processes and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Plan capacity/manpower and staffing, ensuring safe operations.
• Mentor supervisors and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service on new products.
