Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Proficient with SAP; knowledge of Advaris is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of mechanical aptitude and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training for operators new to the company.
• Troubleshoot and eliminate process issues on the manufacturing floor.
• Support day-to-day operations and cost-reduction efforts.
• Assist Lean activities such as Kaizen, SMED, and VSM.
• Be flexible and capable of responsibilities beyond the traditional scope.
