Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a senior leader to coordinate repairs within the MRO value stream. You will serve as the primary point of contact for RFQs, contracts, pricing, delivery, and quality, guiding a team to meet aggressive turnaround targets.

Strong government contracting knowledge and minimal supervision are essential. The role requires extensive experience with P&L management, lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to improve margins and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 8–10 years of major professional accomplishments, including leadership and increased responsibility.
• Previous P&L ownership experience required.
• US citizenship in compliance with government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs within the MRO value stream and act as POC for RFQs, contracts, price, delivery and quality.
• Lead and interact with internal stakeholders to obtain pricing, review contracts, and expedite orders.
• Ensure on-time completion of repairs and negotiate customer delivery expectations.
• Maintain Lean practices and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, production scheduling, and safety compliance.
