Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
• Proven ability to lead manufacturing or operations teams.
• Understanding of operational performance metrics (cost, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational performance across Pneumatics, Fuel, and Inerting streams, delivering ~$330M in annual revenue through planning, scheduling, production, logistics and shipping.
• Provide leadership to Value Stream Managers, Production Managers, Facilities, hourly team members, and cross-functional support teams.
• Drive strategy deployment, operating cadence, performance management, and disciplined execution within budget.
• Improve safety, on-time delivery, turnaround time, quality, responsiveness, and inventory intensity.
• Lead cost-out, Lean, OpEx, productivity gains, waste reduction, and reduction of cost of poor quality initiatives.
• Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, training, retention, and talent development.
• Represent the operation in reviews with Business Unit, Division, and customers.
• Travel up to 25%.
