• Ability to manage contracts across distributed sites/divisions
• Understanding of export regulatory requirements and contract lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations of strategic significance to the division and guide contract change proposals
• Assess contract performance, risk, and changes; ensure compliance with company policy
• Prepare complex proposals with long-term financial impact and coordinate input from multiple functions
• Mentor and train Contract Management staff and related teams
