Job summary

Lawrence Doors, part of Amarr and the ASSA ABLOY group, is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a major manufacturing value stream and drive profitability and continuous improvement.

You will guide Lean initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and own P&L performance above gross margin while aligning with plant and corporate goals. Strong leadership and manufacturing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in manufacturing with Lean culture.
• Proven P&L management and cost-reduction success.
• Experience in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across productivity, safety, and cost reductions.
• Own the value stream's P&L and drive margin improvements.
• Lead Lean initiatives: value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop staffing plans and coach frontline teams.
