Job summary

IDEX, including its Airtech brand, is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead lean transformation across manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality to improve lead times and cost. You will coach teams, implement kanban and 5S, participate in S&OP, and drive daily management across functions.

You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and customer service, contribute to safety audits, and mentor staff in continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and written & verbal communication skills.
• Lean processes and one-piece flow knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel/Outlook/Word.
• Experience with Oracle JDE and cost accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee value stream in achieving sales plan and targeted on-time delivery (OTD).
• Promote a safe work environment with safety audits and corrective actions.
• Develop/improve kanban, outside processing and point-of-use material processes.
• Develop value stream maps and drive lean transformation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, engineering, finance and customer service.
