Job summary

Integra is seeking a Value Stream Leader to drive end-to-end performance across a defined value stream at the Houston facility. You will translate strategy into execution, optimize systems, and build high-performing, autonomous teams focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, managing KPIs, and collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver superior outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations or value stream leadership roles.
• Experience leading value streams and transformation initiatives.
• Proven impact on flow, cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Influence across functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value stream performance across strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Align priorities, resources, and delivery to business objectives.
• Improve KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, cost, quality, and customer experience.
• Lead value stream optimization including mapping, redesign, and flow acceleration.
• Establish KPIs and visual management with reliable cadence.
