IDEX in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the end-to-end value stream from order to delivery and post-sale support.

You will align operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and quality to reduce lead times, improve throughput and cost while coaching the team in lean practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years supervisory or 5–10 years operations experience, with proficiency in Oracle JDE and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; 3+ years supervisory or 5–10 years in operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Lean, one‑piece flow, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Oracle JDE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee value stream to achieve sales plan and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Track lead time, throughput, quality and cost; identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safe work environment and conduct safety audits.
• Collaborate with supply chain and warehousing to implement material pull processes and kanban systems.
• Develop current and future value stream maps and drive lean transformations.
• Lead daily management across operations, quality, engineering, finance and customer service.
• Support S&OP to improve inventory management and service, while reducing waste.
