Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvement activities, focusing on standardized work and safety.
• Create the basis for continuous improvement and empower employees to fix problems and improve quality.
• Design and direct the work of the functional area, coaching teams and aligning objectives with company strategy.
• Utilize PDCA and MD I processes to deliver metric results in people, safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Develop and execute short and long-range continuous improvement plans to enhance people, safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
