Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvement activities with standardized work and safety improvements.
• Designs and directs the work of the functional area, developing talent and aligning objectives with company strategy.
• Utilize PDCA and MDl processes to deliver metric results across people, safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure leaders provide effective training and cross-training to maintain smooth value stream operations.
• Develop and execute short and long-range continuous improvement plans.
• Lead successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations and participate in strategic facility initiatives.
• Design and implement facility solutions and share best practices and benchmarks.
