Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or lean management.
• Demonstrated expertise in flow, Kanban, and Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the value stream focusing on safety and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement.
