Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Admin, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Proven track record leading teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive KPIs including Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, Productivity, and Cost Reduction.
• Lead Lean initiatives such as Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, and 5S.
• Coach supervisors and hourly staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage safety culture, audits, and risk-reduction activities.
