Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in heavy metal fabrication with welding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and coach team members.
• Schedule work to meet daily production and shipping requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
• Collaborate with the Value Stream Manager to train and develop staff.
