Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a hands-on Value Stream Supervisor for our Fort Worth, TX facility. The role oversees 35 direct reports in Sheet Metal Fabrication, including CNC laser cutting, CNC press brake forming, welding and machining.

You’ll drive Lean initiatives, safety standards, and continuous improvement while coordinating with operations and supply chain to meet production goals. The position requires a two-year degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with lean project leadership.
• Experience managing costs, inventory control and production planning.
• Ability to lead and build effective teams to achieve objectives.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and problem-solving tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of company policies, safety and labor standards
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Compliance with laws and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Lead daily value stream operations to meet production goals and on-time shipment.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity and waste reduction.
• Ensure safety, standardized work, and problem-solving using quality tools.
• Maintain equipment reliability through preventive auditing.
• Develop cross-trained workforce and training plans.
• Partner with site leadership to execute value stream initiatives.
• Coach and evaluate employee performance and development.
