Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an experienced Value Stream Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive continuous improvement in a 35-direct-report manufacturing team.

You will coordinate with supply chain, implement lean practices, ensure on-time shipments, and develop a cross-trained workforce. This onsite role requires 2nd shift hours (2:00 PM–12:30 AM) and a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing with lean projects.
• Ability to lead teams, manage costs, and safety standards.
• Must work 2nd shift 2PM-12:30AM.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Value Stream operations to meet production goals and AOP objectives.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and process quality.
• Develop a cross-trained workforce and staff through training plans.
• Manage employee performance through coaching and reviews.
• Collaborate with site leadership to execute improvement strategies.
