Job summary

Watts is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor based in Fort Worth, TX. The role leads a 35-person Sheet Metal Fabrication team, driving Lean initiatives, safety, and continuous improvement to meet production goals.

You will coordinate with supply chain and off-shift leadership while promoting a culture of accountability and standard work. The position reports to the Value Stream Manager and is onsite in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Requires two-year associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience and experience executing lean projects at scale.
• Demonstrated cost management, PC skills, manufacturing, inventory control and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 35 direct reports in the Sheet Metal Fabrication shop (CNC laser cutting, CNC press brake forming, welding, machining).
• Lead daily Value Stream operations and continuous improvement to meet production goals and AOP objectives.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity using flow, pull systems, and waste reduction; ensure standardized work and safety compliance.
• Develop training plans and skills matrices to maintain cross-trained workforce and business continuity.
• Coach and evaluate employee performance; coordinate resources across departments; support site leadership on future-state initiatives.
