• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Preference for 8–11 years in manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Advises leadership on manufacturing strategies and resource allocation.
• Attends management meetings to represent the department’s interests.
• Manages processes and assignments to meet production goals.
• Defines project terms and clear objectives for initiatives.
• Implements plans to optimize productivity, quality and efficiency.
