Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor within the assigned value stream.
• Manage Group Leads; set targets, verify results and support countermeasures.
• Train staff; implement improvement activities and run tests on new products and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in paperwork flow, inventory accuracy, standard work, 5S, and quality control.
• Ensure on-time delivery and pursue safe, compliant production.
• Support recruitment, disciplinary actions, and annual performance reviews.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure workflow and resolve issues.
