Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Denver is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within the assigned value stream. You will focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery, guiding group leads, coordinating training, and driving continuous improvement across processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least one year of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor for the assigned value stream.
• Manage Group Lead activities: set targets, verify results, implement countermeasures.
• Lead training plans, improvement activities and tests on new products and tools.
• Identify continuous improvement ideas for paperwork flow, inventory accuracy and 5S/quality control.
• Ensure on-time delivery standards are met.
