Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Value Stream Leader in Minnesota to drive manufacturing processes through continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. You will support the Plant Manager, guide performance leaders, and align operations with strategic goals to sustain profitable growth.

The role requires leading complex production activities, coaching teams, and delivering measurable efficiency and quality improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical and/or finance discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
• Molding experience required.
• Injection molding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations and production aligning with the global supply chain plan.
• Collaborates to meet safety and environmental goals for the department.
• Sets short- and long-term production goals with Plant Manager.
• Manages overall production plan for the operation.
• Assesses resources and budgets; steers process improvements and Lean initiatives.
• Communicates strategic goals and site vision to teams.
• Monitors performance data and adjusts resource allocations accordingly.
• Leads day-to-day supervision and team engagement.
• Guides troubleshooting of complex departmental issues with leadership.
• Leads engineering projects and product launches; Lean Six-Sigma alignment.
