Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Value Stream Leader for the Liquibox operation in Minnesota. Under the Plant Manager, you will drive manufacturing processes through continuous improvement, crafting strategy and guiding performance leaders to meet site goals.

You will lead Lean Six-Sigma initiatives, manage production plans, and coordinate with functional leaders to optimize resources, safety, and efficiency while delivering profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; manufacturing experience 5+ years.
• Molding experience required.
• Lean Six-Sigma knowledge or Green Belt preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to operations and production in accordance with the business plan and goals.
• Sets short- and long-term production goals for the site.
• Directs and manages the overall production plan for the operation.
• Leads Lean improvement projects and acts as liaison with Lean teams.
• Develops and leads Lean Six-Sigma initiatives to improve utilization and quality.
• Provides strategic guidance and resources to troubleshoot complex issues.
