Job summary

Liquibox, under Sealed Air, seeks a quality-focused supervisor to lead production teams in Minnesota. You will drive continuous improvement, analyze data, and ensure safe, efficient operations on a rotating day shift.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and implement standards to reduce quality incidents while leveraging digital tools like Power BI to report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing leadership with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in packaging solutions preferred.
• Solid ERP knowledge.
• Working knowledge of statistics.
• Lean Six Sigma training a plus; Green/Black belt preferred.
• Specialized quality training or certifications a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff, organize workflow, and meet production goals safely and on schedule.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management and communication.
• Prepare shift staffing, monitor attendance, and report trends to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Ensure product quality by establishing and enforcing production standards.
• Monitor run rates, uptime, yield, and workflow; identify issues and implement improvements.
• Identify training gaps and use SPLs to improve knowledge and performance.
• Plan and execute daily production schedules and assign personnel.
• Analyze production and personnel data to identify trends and inform stakeholders.
• Support equipment reliability by coordinating repairs and evaluating new equipment and processes.
• Maintain production records and provide reporting for decision-making.
• Leverage Smart Factory, Power BI, and other digital tools to monitor performance.
