Job summary

Sealed Air in the United States is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This hands-on, shop-floor role coaches teams, leads Kaizen events, and delivers measurable safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

You will embed Lean thinking with plant leadership and frontline teams, standardize tools across sites, and partner with global CI teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering preferred (Industrial, Chemical, Electrical).
• 5+ years driving Lean in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading Kaizen events on the shop floor.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and change-management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and engage frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain Lean manufacturing initiatives across plant operations.
• Coach and train operators, supervisors, and leaders in Lean principles.
• Drive cultural change through hands-on implementation, not theory.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
• Standardize Lean tools and methods across sites.
• Develop and maintain Lean project tracking and reporting.
• Quantify and communicate financial impact of improvements.
• Ensure consistency and sustainability of Lean gains.
• Partner with global CI teams to share best practices.
