Danfoss in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a manufacturing value stream and drive SQDCP performance. You’ll develop a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

You will lead lean initiatives, coach supervisors, manage budgets, and collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading leaders, supervisors, or equivalent management roles.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Experience using operational KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing ops to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost targets.
• Coach and mentor supervisors and production personnel to drive engagement and development.
• Champion a zero-injury culture; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; lead investigations.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, standardized work, visual mgmt).
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, labor planning, resource allocation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, HR to support goals.
• Support QMS, audits, and continuous improvement to reduce defects and complaints.
