Job summary

Danfoss Power Solutions in Van Wert, Ohio, seeks a Change Agent to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You will coordinate local Lean strategy, foster a culture of operational excellence, and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, multiple years of Lean experience, SAP proficiency, and strong leadership without direct authority to influence across teams and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; minimum 3 years establishing global processes across multiple sites.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with Lean improvement business cases.
• 2+ years supporting multi-year capital and operational projects domestically and internationally.
• 2+ years using SAP in a manufacturing environment and applying Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement across the site.
• Develop local Lean strategy and promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate Lean standards and guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to targets.
• Partner with Value Stream Managers and cross-functional teams on tactical plans.
• Facilitate Lean training, problem-solving, and Lean tools implementation.
• Support productivity improvements aligned with budgets and objectives.
• Lead or support root cause analysis to enhance manufacturing performance.
