Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading supervisors and production teams.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Direct daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Drive Lean initiatives, standard work, and process standardization.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and manage production schedules and resources.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
