Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Value Stream Manager in Whitewater, WI, to lead daily operations and continuous improvement across the value stream.

You will drive standardized work, safety, and quality while coaching a qualified team to meet performance metrics. Responsibilities include implementing GMS via PDCA, developing a culture of problem-solving, and coordinating NPI launches within Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field OR equivalent experience (5+ years progressive operations/lean management).
• Strong Lean principals experience and certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and PFEP/Kanban is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive flow, pull systems, and workload leveling to maximize efficiency.
• Develop standardized work, countermeasures, and safety improvements.
