Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• 5 years progressive operations or lean management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Stream in daily operations and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure standardized work/processes are followed and safety improvements are driven.
• Develop and maintain a positive, high-performance team culture.
• Coordinate and develop talent through performance management and succession planning.
• Lead NPI launches and participate in facility strategic plans and initiatives.
• Utilize PDCA and MDI processes to deliver metric results across people, safety, quality, delivery and cost.
