Job summary

MPD INTEGRATION LLC is seeking a Value Stream Manager II to lead the Cut, Bend, Weld & Paint operations in Cudahy, WI. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall production performance, and mentor supervisors and teams on the shop floor.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Planning, and other leaders to resolve issues, improve flow, and meet customer requirements in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading employees or production teams.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, paint, or engineered‑to‑order environments.
• Lean, 5S, root‑cause analysis, and continuous‑improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across cutting, bending, welding, and painting processes.
• Translate schedules into clear daily assignments for staff.
• Monitor production progress, labor, equipment capacity, and workflow.
• Adjust staffing and priorities to meet customer and operational needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production workers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the value stream.
